Just found out that Scott Matthews is playing at Academy 2 tonight ..... clashing with the Sanctus1 Johnny Cash service which K is helping with. I tried to buy tickets straight away (before I remembered service tonight) but there was only 1 left and there was no way I was going on my own. K bought me Scott's CD, "Passing Stranger" for Christmas and I have played it heaps since. I love it.
We're at odds and ends musically in our household at the moment. I'm going through a more laid back acoustic music phase and K's into what I can only loosely phrase as alternative music/dance remixes .... I think he wants to try it out on our new CD decks and I'm just counting the days until the new high octane CD's appear!
