YEE HA!

YEE HA! We have booked cheap flights for a mini holiday in Granada (Spain). Can't wait for some glorious culture, sunshine, great architecture, roman baths, getting lost in the labyrinthe that is the maze of alleys in the Albayzin area, and of course how can I possibly forget the many tapas trails we will follow frequenting the many bars ! Fantastic! I bought a cheap sun dress today to celebrate.

The buds on a few of the trees outside the window where I am sat are distracting me. They have now sprouted into the beginning of tiny leaves, although the big horse chestnut hasn't got to that stage yet. I love this time of year charting the new growth. If I had money I would have great big glass doors at the back of my house bringing the outside in, although probably as my garden isn't completely private we would get some offending views too. My dream is to have a detached house in an acre of land, possibly with a stream running through the bottom of the garden. Or then again, a house by the beach where I could watch the waves crash in. Maybe one day.......

Right, I'm off to cook some dinner. Think we'll have some stuffed tortellini thingmys with pesto which should be quick and easy.
