K phoned me a short while ago. He has just been contacted by a company with whom he attended an interview last month. In short, although he did not get the original position due to being pipped to the post by someone who had more experience, they have now offered him a position working with Irish men with mental health problems.
Now, what with Uni around the corner and his having attended an interview for a part-time position to coincide with Uni at a company working alongside the Royal School for the Deaf in Cheadle, confusion is reigning supreme! I think he is going to ring the mental health company and lay his cards on the table and see when they might be likely to make a decision. Then he has all the facts to make hopefully make the right choice.
Got home from a fantastic session at Sanctus1 @ Nexus last night led by the wonderful Eyan to a house full of dust! We are having a new bathroom installed and now we have no bath, sink, door and part of the wall is missing!
I have a headache .........
