I ran a sweepstake once. It was the person who scored the first goal in some England match. I picked Alan Shearer, won £20 and everyone accused me of cheating!
The boss of the girl running it picked Brazil, so of course everyone is accusing them of dodgy dealings. He's getting cakes in for everyone if Brazil pull through as expected.
