Four hours to go before clocking off work for the weekend....hurray!

I have not got an awful lot planned for this weekend and will have to wait and see what pans out. K suggested we hot foot it up to Cumbria this weekend to keep his parents happy, as his mum has been complaining she never gets to see him. I would be quite content either way - to stay or go.

If we stay at home, I will have to try another Nigella Lawson recipe from the book I got for my birthday in April. So far, have made blueberry muffins, gingerbread with lemon icing and cappucino cupcakes, all which have gone down a storm. Next on the agenda is carrot cake cupcakes or pistachio and white chocolate cookies. Yum.

This blog seems to be all about food at the moment.....maybe that is because I have been writing just before eating at lunchtime, or maybe I just like food!
